Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Manger to join our team. The Account Manager will proactively engage with each account ensuring the leverage of every 4Log function and maximizing the value of each 4Log service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position – an advantage
3+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibility
Ability to understand customer requirements, identity, upsell, cross-sell and address customer needs
Ability to effectively lead meetings – face to face, conference calls and/or on-line.
Self-motivated and willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours
Proven experience and ability to be a problem solver
Strong communication skills, excellent team work, ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all managements levels
Strong ability to manage several projects and tasks at once and excellent ability to prioritize time and efforts
High level English – a necessity
Technical and Service oriented
Experience with EDI processes, Web Tender Portals and other applicable forms of electronic communication preferred.
